1.6" Fossil Running Rhino (Hyracodon) Jaw Section - South Dakota
This is a 1.6" long maxilla (upper jaw) bone section of the running rhino, Hyracodon. It was collected from the the Brule Formation in South Dakota and would be approximately 34 million years old. There are two complete teeth present within the jaw.
