3.2" Paralejurus Trilobite With Crotalocephalina & Reedops
This is an exceptional trilobite association from the Lower Devonian Lhandar Formation near Atchana, Morocco. The specimen features three different trilobite genera preserved together in a natural association.
At the center of the piece is a beautifully prepared, 2.85" long Paralejurus, accompanied by a larger, 3.3" long Crotalocephalina and a 1.3" long Reedops.
The preparation is outstanding, with less than 1% restoration. The three-dimensional arrangement of the trilobites allows the specimen to be displayed from multiple angles, offering a different perspective and visual interest depending on how it is positioned.

About Trilobites
Trilobites were a very diverse group of extinct marine arthropods. They first appeared in the fossil record in the Early Cambrian (521 million years ago) and went extinct during the Permian mass extinction (250 million years ago).
