Cluster of Five Crotalocephalina & Reedops - Atchana, Morocco
This is a cluster of five trilobite fossils from the Lower Devonian deposits near Atchana, Morocco. There are three Crotalocephalina gibbus and two Reedops naturally associated in the same rock. The rock has been painstakingly removed from around the trilobites using air scribes and air abrasives.
The largest trilobit4e on this piece would be about 3" long if outstretched and the entire specimens measures 9.3 x 5.9 x 4.4". Total restoration is only about 1% along repaired cracks and it comes with a display stand.
