This is a small but detailed echinoid fossil of the genus Goniophorus, collected from Northern France. It is Cretaceous - Cenomanian in age, or approximately 94 to 100 million years old.

They move along the bottom of the ocean using many small feet while feeding on various plant and animal matter.
