4.5" Fossil Leaf with Fly Plate - Green River Formation, Utah

This is a plate of partial leaves preserved alongside a detailed fly (order Diptera), collected from the Green River Formation of Utah. The plate itself measures 4.5 x 3.1". While the Green River Formation is best know for its fish fossils, other areas produce incredible plant and insect fossils.

Comes with an acrylic stand.
