6.2" Polished Proterozoic Stromatolite (Greysonia?) Slab - Wyoming
This is a 6.2" long stromatolite fossil (Greysonia sp.?), collected from a Lower Proterozoic deposit in the Medicine Bow Mountains about 16 miles east of Saratoga, Wyoming. It has been cut flat on both sides and polished to a glossy finish on one.
It comes with an acrylic display stand.
