Pedinopariops Trilobite Cluster - Jorf, Morocco

This is a really sweet cluster of Pedinopariops collected at Jorf, Morocco. This preservation from this area is quite unique and gives the trilobites with an almost plastic look to them. The rock is partially metamorphosed with no discernible layers and lots of quartz seams in it which makes it a challenge to collect and prepared. Because there are no layers to follow, finding trilobites is a really hit or miss proposition and the site is not heavily collected. Finding multiples like this is quite unusual.

There are 5 more mostly complete specimens on the piece, the largest being about 1.8" in length. It's nicely prepared with no restoration. Really a unique specimen, from a location where it is hard to acquire trilobites.
