This is a trio of detailed fossil beetles (order Coleoptera), one of which is a snout beetle (a.k.a. weevil - family Curculionidae) measuring .35" long, collected from the Green River Formation of Utah. While this formation is best known for well preserved fossil fish found in Wyoming, other sections of the formation contain a very diverse insect fauna.
