Very Nice Illaenus Sarsi - Russian Trilobite

This is a very nice example of an unusual species of Illaenus from the St. Petersburg region of Russia. It is a 3D Illaenus sarsi which would be about 2.4" long if the tail wasn't tucked. The preservation and preparation on this specimen is very nice, with almost no restoration (<1%). You can even see the growth lines preserved on the shell.
