These are natural purple lepidolite specimens collected from Brazil. This mineral is a member of the mica group, forming in thin sheets that layer together to create a larger crystals like those seen in the photos above. The photos are representative of the specimen(s) you will receive, so being that they're a natural stone, there will be some variation in shape and color saturation from specimen to specimen. They average 1 - 2" wide, though some may be slightly larger.

Lepidolite is a lilac-gray to rose-purple variety of mica known for its soft, pearly luster and naturally glittery appearance. Rich in lithium—one of the key elements used in modern technology—it has historically been an important ore mineral, particularly in pegmatite deposits.
