11.4" Fossil Cinnamon Tree (Daphnogene) Limb w/ Leaves - France

This is a fossil cinnamon tree limb with leaves of Daphnogene (Cinnamomum) lanceolatum, collected from the Oligocene-aged deposits of Bois d'Asson, France. The light-brown preservation contrasts nicely against rock. This is part of an old collection that we recently acquired.
