14.3" Oligocene Fossil Plant Plate - France

This is a 14.3" plant fossil plate of several unidentified species, collected from the Oligocene-aged deposits of Bois d'Asson, France. The plate includes impressions of twigs, conifer needles, and various unidentified leaves, and one corner is concentrated with what are likely grasses. This is part of an old collection that we recently acquired.

Comes with an acrylic-metal display stand.
