Large, 1.5" Diademaproetus Trilobite - Ofaten, Morocco

This is a large, 1.5" long specimen of Diademaproetus antatlasius from Ofaten, Morocco. This elegant species features long swept back genal spines and a distinctive rostrum. The genal spines have been prepared free of the surrounding rock. There is about 1-2% restoration along the repaired crack on top of the axis.
